Pregnancy Test
Are you certain that you’re pregnant?
We offer a FREE, urine-based pregnancy test administered by a nurse on staff. They are laboratory rated and 99% accurate. We can also provide you with a written “verification” of your pregnancy that is recognized by Medicaid.
*Please note only a physician can diagnose a pregnancy and we recommend follow-up care for any positive test result.

We have a fantastic team of trained peer-to-peer pregnancy counselors ready to listen and advocate for you.
In the midst of an unplanned pregnancy, decision-making can be difficult because of the wide range of emotions that can be experienced. You may be struggling to determine what the best next steps are for you.
We strive to provide a safe, confidential, judgment-free environment where you can find support and clarity about how to move forward.
Our peer counselors will also help you get connected to the information and resources you need as you move forward. This includes ultrasounds, maternity and baby supplies, classes, referrals to other agencies, and many other resources to help you get the support you need.
Ultrasound
Ultrasounds can be a helpful tool for pregnancy evaluation.
We offer free first and second trimester limited ultrasounds confirming intrauterine pregnancy with fetal heart rate and pregnancy dating.
All of our ultrasounds are performed by registered nurses that have been trained as ultrasound technicians on up-to-date medical equipment. Each ultrasound is reviewed by a Medical Doctor to insure that we are providing the highest standards of care.
